Overview

On this accelerated 3-day MCSE: Mobility (System Center 2012) course you'll learn how to configure and manage clients and devices by using Microsoft System Center v1511 Configuration Manager, Microsoft Intune and their associated site systems.

This course - which is 50% faster than other traditional providers - will immerse you in Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC). You'll develop your knowledge of day-to-day management tasks such as hardware and software inventory, how to optimise System Center Endpoint Protection, manage compliance and create management reports.

Some of the skills you'll develop include:

  • Preparing a management infrastructure, including configuring boundaries, boundary groups, and resource discovery, and integrating mobile-device management with Microsoft Exchange Server.
  • Configuring, managing and monitoring hardware and software inventory and use Asset Intelligence and software metering.
  • Maintain software updates for PCs that Configuration Manager manages
  • Manage mobile devices by using Configuration Manager and Intune

You'll get expert instruction from our Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT). Our Lecture | Lab | Review technique, which combines theoretical and practical tasks, will accelerate your learning and equip you with the hands-on experience to put your new skills to practice when you return to the office.

On this course you'll be prepared for and sit the 70-696: Administering System Center Configuration Manager and Intune exam, which is covered by your Certification Guarantee. Exam 70-696 is an elective for the MCSE: Mobility

This course is designed for experienced information technology professionals, typically described as Enterprise Desktop Administrators (EDAs) who deploy, manage and maintain PCs, devices and applications across organisations.
